Spa hotel Imperial ****superior

In mid-January was implemented IS GubiSPA at the Spa Hotel Imperial **** superior Jonann. At the Imperial system supports all of the hotel as well as organizational processes - reservation department, reception, Business Department, restaurant and warehouse management.

At the same time the customer implemented among other standard functions of the reception:

  • Housekeeping - an overview of the neatness of the rooms (in collaboration with the telephone exchange)
  • Housestatus - an overview of the availability of accommodation capacities
  • Overbooking - preliminary and definitive resolution reservations and their utilization to increase room occupancy
  • Time blocking rooms, newly redesigned graphical accommodations and more

IS GubiSPA not only a system designed for spas, but fully covers the needs of hotel facilities and international chains.
